Where to begin with digital marketing
Digital marketing can feel like a collection of platforms, tools, and unfamiliar terms. Start instead with the person you want to reach and the action you hope to help them take.
Start with the audience
Who are you trying to help? What do they already know, and what are they trying to solve? A clear answer gives every later decision a purpose.
Listen to the questions people ask. These can become the starting point for useful posts, videos, emails, or pages.
Choose a message and a place
Explain the value of what you offer in everyday words. Then choose a channel where your audience is already paying attention. You do not need to be everywhere at once.
Learn by testing
Publish something small, watch how people respond, and improve the next version. The goal is not a perfect first campaign; it is a repeatable way to learn.
